Meet Lu Kim
Lu Kim has worked as a real estate advisor since 2017 and became involved in the real estate industry largely because of her mother who worked as a realtor for many years.
After graduating from UBC with a B.A. in International Relations, a B.Ed., a certificate in Real Estate, and a M.Ed. in Social and Educational Studies, Lu worked and lived New York. After returning to Vancouver, she became re-licensed and found real estate to be an industry that allowed her the flexibility to still be in touch with "the adult world" while raising her young family.
Whether it is working with buyers to find the ideal home or assisting in selling a home, Lu enjoys the process of getting better acquainted with her clients and their particular needs.
Lu enjoys continuously learning and sharing her knowledge with others. Lu possesses conversational aptitude in Mandarin and Taiwanese, but is most comfortable in English.
When not actively practicing real estate, Lu can be found teaching English, travelling with her family, going to church, socializing with friends, reading, exercising, or watching K-dramas. Above all, Lu values honesty and integrity whether in friendship or work.
